Where is the church located?
The church is located at 401 E. Kahler Rd., Wilmington, IL 60481
Where do I park?
The parking lot is at the front of the building on Kahler Road. Handicapped spaces are located near the front entrance.
What do I wear?
There is no dress code. Wear clothing you are comfortable wearing. Most people wear what they might wear to work in an office.
Can you accommodate my accessibility needs?
The church building is fully accessible on one level. An automated front entrance door, accessible restrooms, assistive hearing devices, large print hymnals and Bibles are available to use during the service. Ask an usher if you need assistance.
What is the worship service like?
The Sunday morning service style is traditional with scripture readings, music, prayers, and sermon. Greeters will hand you a weekly bulletin to follow along with the service. The sanctuary is just off the main lobby/narthex. Find a seat where you will feel comfortable. You will find hymnals and a Bible in the shelf under the seat in front of you. Communion is served the first Sunday of each month and is open to all who believe, regardless of age or religious affiliation. Bread cubes and grape juice symbolize the Lord’s Supper and are served at the front of the sanctuary.  Gluten-free wafers are available for those with an allergy or sensitivity. The Sunday schedule includes an 8:30 Sunday School class for adults, 9:30 Worship Service and 10:30 Fellowship Time with refreshments and an opportunity to get to know others. What about my kids?
We welcome families with children to fully participate in the service! If your little ones become restless, there is a sitting area outside the sanctuary where parents can still see and hear the service, and the children can be more comfortable. We offer busy bags for children that they can use during the service with quiet toys and activities.
